What is it with HFMD & kids? My goodness, I seriously am getting sick & tired of entertaining this freaking virus...

No vaccine? Can someone AT LEAST try finding a vaccine for this HFMD thingy for the kids? You guys are too busy finding vaccines for BIGGER viruses & illnesses, well, HFMD IS A VIRUS too, you know... Both of my kids contracted with this virus TWICE in less than 5 months!!

Kids who had contracted with the HFMD virus are barred from going to school. They had to be home quarantined & couldn't even get out of the house... They loose their appetite due to the painful mouth ulcers... They feel very tired & fever-ish with all the blisters on their hands & feet...

We, parents got affected too... Some parents, like me & hubby, we don't have a maid nor do we depend on our parents or others to keep an eye on our kids... So how did we deal with this situation? We took care of our kids ourselves & as for me, my office work is done @ home... I cooked, did the laundry, vacuumed, mopped the floors & @ the same time, took care of my kids while doing my office work... Tiring much? It is, sometimes, well, a mother got to do what a mother got to do... And a woman will not be able to feel & experience all of these, until she has become a mother... This saying is so true...

I went back to the office yesterday... Brought my kids along with me coz hubby had to go for an immobilization standby thingy or whatever you call it in reservist terms la har... This immobilization thingy is really getting on my nerves sometimes, I mean, they called my husband up @ the very last minute (the night before, mind you) & expect him to be ready once they activated the call? My goodness! Not all wives are homemakers OK! Some (like me), need to work on weekends & we have KIDS (little kids to be precised)! We don't have a MAID nor do we stay with our parents...

Not everyone of us, lead a life where we could always depend on others for help, HALO? Some of us need to fend for ourselves... And to have my hubby called @ the very last minute, seriously it's so inconvenient coz I happened to be on duty in the office for this weekend! The best part was, I just got to know from hubby yesterday that his squad would always be called up for this standby thingy any moment & @ any time... Baik per... -.-"

I should've slept early yesterday but I didn't... Migraine's killing me & I was basically tossing & turning in bed... I kept staring at the ceiling & that's when the usual stuffs started flooding my mind... (sigh)

Sometimes in life, we might feel unhappy with certain accounts or issues in our lives... But I guess @ the end of the day, to compare my live with others, amidst all those obstacles I went thru, truly I am bless that The Almighty had completed my life with not only a responsible husband, but also my cute little boy & girl to help me pull thru my days with ease... =)

The great thing is, He gave me this strength to be strong in facing all those nonsensical humans that comes along the way...

So much so for being plain old me... My bad I guess, for being nice to everyone... From the look of it, I don't think they appreciate it... And like I said before, I'll only be nice to those who are nice to me... If you treat me & my family like invisible humans, that's exactly how I am gonna make sure my family treats you too... What makes you think you deserve the RESPECT, when you don't even bother respecting others? So screw you...

Like it or not, that's the way it is for me now coz I've had enough of this crap... And it's such a sad thing that I'm seeing a lot of this self-centred egotistical people among my family members ; both young and old...

Buat ape aku nak step terhegeh2 bual baik2 dgn org yg langsong tk interested nk jumpe atau nk berbual baik dgn aku & bile nmpk aku satu kluarge dorg tk layan? Don't worry, even if I happened to bumped into anyone of you somewhere out there, I too can't be bothered to give a damn about you... Seriously...
